So, Darren decided to take Siobhan to Melbourne for her birthday weekend as he knew that she really wanted to see the Queen Victoria Gardens.![]()
Little did Siobhan know that Darren was also planning to propose.![]()
On the day they arrived at the gardens, it was very busy with people everywhere, and then Darren got a really bad blood nose – and neither of them had any tissues, so Siobhan chased down a little old lady with a Mary Poppins bag secretly hoping she had some tissues.![]()
With all of this going on, they made it just in time for their dinner reservation at Crown, followed by drinks and listening to a band in a nearby bar.![]()

When the clock struck 10, Darren got up and said it was time to go – Siobhan was a bit surprised as they were having a great time.![]()

They walked outside on the boulevard out the front of Crown under the light filled trees on the Yarra and Darren led Siobhan to a bench where he asked her to marry him.![]()

Siobhan was taken totally by surprise and they could not stop grinning from ear to ear like little kids as they were just SO happy.![]()
